What’s it going to take to end these IOUs, once and for all?
After years spent intervening in rate cases and IRPs, we’ve learned a thing or two. The IOU TKO Resource Hub comes from the desire to pool what we’ve learned. We hope these open-source documents will reduce the time needed to intervene in utility proceedings to stretch our labor.

Although we have opted to start this guide with a bunch of our past work, we would love for this hub to include the shared knowledge of our allies, many of whom are far more experienced in intervention work.
